About Role –
To identify potential users and use-cases for various innovations from Mylab Discovery solutions in cutting-age diagnostics testing including molecular diagnostics. Promote the tests in assigned territory, organize CMEs, build KOL relationships, identify delivery partners and facilitate commercial agreements with an aim to grow the particular test category among relevant users.
The role directly works with the senior leadership of the company and has the potential to become territory leader, regional manager and has growth path leading up to national manager.
This role works with channel partners, customers, doctors, surgeons, other key opinion leaders and alliance partners to deliver various molecular diagnostic tests.
Requirements/Desired Skills –
KOL management, Organizing CMEs, Product presentation skills in healthcare products/services like Diagnostic products, Pharmacy products, Surgical products, Consultative Sales, Strategic Alliances, Account Farming & Hunting.
An ability to identify opportunities in the market and stitch together a system of service delivery sing channel partners would be a strategic skill.
