Position – Customer Service Executive
Experience – 2 to 3 Years
About Role –
- Handling Sales order registration.
- Will be responsible for handling customer queries via call, emails
- Managing prompt response to customer queries.
- Submitting timely reports to business head.
- Should be able to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholder.
- Experience in Tender documentations and submission will BIG plus.
Requirements/Desired Skills –
- Knowledge in MS Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good listening and communication skills
Education –
- Any Graduate
