Position – Customer Service Executive

Experience – 2 to 3 Years

About Role –

  • Handling Sales order registration.
  • Will be responsible for handling customer queries via call, emails
  • Managing prompt response to customer queries.
  • Submitting timely reports to business head.
  • Should be able to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholder.
  • Experience in Tender documentations and submission will BIG plus.

Requirements/Desired Skills –

  • Knowledge in MS Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good listening and communication skills

Education –

  • Any Graduate
