Position – Business Development Manager

Experience – 3 to 5 Years

Role Summary –

  • Function/Team: Sales Team
  • Reports to: Sales Head/Director

About Role –

  • Responsible to achieve pipeline goals for the region
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the identified growth in the market.
  • Expand and build relationships with new business and marketing strategies to generate the output for the business.
  • Identifying, pursuing, closing sales opportunities, including proposal creation and presentation.
  • Enhancing revenue, new orders from existing clients by presenting new products and services and maintain strong relationships.
  • Identify, recruit new channel partners within assigned territory.
  • Coordination with technical team for timely installation, customer complaints, and quires resolutions.
  • Generate sales reports and analysis, forecast trends, rationalize demand and supply ratios, involve in pricing and speculations.

Requirements/Desired Skills –

  • Candidate should have experience in acquiring new accounts.
  • Candidate possess strong understanding of the business potential and capabilities.
  • Candidate should have strong sales management skills like; Lead generation, account management, pricing and negotiations.
  • Should have experience of selling similar product lines or experience of handling similar clients Education –
  • BTech/MTech Biotech, BSc/MSc Biotech/Microbiology/ Biochemistry
